The Fifth Model of the Permanent Council for OAS Interns (5th MOAS/PC) is organized jointly by the Department of International

Affairs of the Secretariat for External Relations (DIA/SER), and the Department of Human Resources of the OAS. 
The MOAS/PC is a regular activity of the OAS Internship Program.
